No surprise there! My diet programs focus on tracking macronutrients. In case you haven’t heard the term “tracking macros”, this diet is science based and provides the exact amount of protein, fat and carbs you should consume to reach your goals. Macros focuses on tracking the nutrients you consume versus tracking calories! By doing so, it allows me to focus on teaching you how to eat while also maintaining food flexibility.

YOU BRING THE TRAINING AND I BRING THE SCIENCE!
On this diet plan you will be in control of your own workout program. You will need to train a minimum of 3-5 days per week for the best results. This diet program is structured based on a strength training and cardio regimen for the expected results. At least 50% cardio and 50% strength training is needed.
