No need to worry about what to buy! Simply print out the grocery lists and you’ll know exactly what to grab at the grocery store.
Exact Serving Sizes
No need to worry about if you’re eating too much or too little! You’ll be provided with serving sizes for each item on your meal plan. Serving sizes will either be in grams or ounces.
Private Facebook Support Group
No need to worry about going at it alone! Receive lifelong access to the Kickstart private Facebook support group where general topics such as sleeping, training, eating the proper diet, and drinking plenty of water will be discussed. This support group will also give you an opportunity to network with others on the plan.
