No surprise there! My diet programs focus on tracking macronutrients. In case you haven’t heard the term “tracking macros”, this diet is science based and provides the exact amount of protein, fat and carbs you should consume to reach your goals. Macros focuses on tracking the nutrients you consume versus tracking calories! By doing so, it allows me to focus on teaching you how to eat while also maintaining food flexibility.

THE WAY YOU TRAIN DRASTICALLY INFLUENCES THE RESULTS YOU ACHIEVE

In order to achieve the look you desire, regardless to if it includes fat loss or muscle gain, you must focus on strength training with the correct amount of cardio. My training programs consist of either a gym or a home-based workout plan. Each workout is based on your specific body type and includes strength training under a muscle group rotation coupled with the appropriate amount of cardio.

FAT LOSS

For those that want to lose weight! This program focuses on lowering your body fat percentage while preserving your muscle. You’ll condense in size as you lower your daily calorie intake (caloric deficit) and track how many grams of carbs, fats, and proteins that you are consuming each day (macronutrients). For the best results, select a training program to accompany the fat loss diet.

For those that want to gain weight! This program focuses on gaining lean muscle mass to increase your weight on the scale. You’ll increase the number of calories you intake (caloric surplus) and track how many grams of carbs, fats, and proteins that you are consuming each day (macronutrients). For the best results, consider diet along with the bulking program.

RESTRUCTURE

For those that want it all! This program focuses on getting the best of both worlds. Half the program focuses on lowering your body fat percentage and the other half focuses on building lean muscle mass. You will decrease your daily calorie intake while also tracking macros and working out. Then once you achieve your body weight goal, you’ll begin focusing on bulking by upping your calorie intake while still tracking the amount of nutrients you’re consuming each day. Due to the complexity of this program, you must select both a diet and training program.
